[Case Study] Nickel Alloy Flanged Open Pressure Vessel
The discharge section uses a tank bottom valve that is less prone to liquid accumulation! A custom-made example of a pressure vessel.
This is a custom-made pressure vessel made of nickel alloy, emphasizing acid resistance, delivered to a pharmaceutical manufacturer instead of stainless steel. There was a request for a container that could withstand the use of hydrochloric acid for liquid preparation and pumping, so we manufactured a pressure vessel. It is difficult to prevent corrosion from hydrochloric acid using standard stainless steel such as SUS304. Therefore, based on our flange-open pressurized vessel with legs "PCN-O-L-30," we made the contact parts from nickel alloy. [Case Overview] - The lid is equipped with a view window (integrated) with a hygienic connection "NMB." - The discharge section uses a tank bottom valve that minimizes liquid pooling. - The inner surface of the valve is coated with highly corrosion-resistant PFA. - The stirrer has been modified to use nickel alloy for the contact parts, such as the shaft and stirrer, resulting in an acid-resistant Bernoulli flow stirrer "NTME-A." *Other cases can be viewed via "PDF Download." *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
